In 2012, the customs legislation of the strongest fashion undergoes changes. Firstly: it is the introduction of electronic declaration procedure. Europe has long been working on such a scheme, and therefore the value of the customs declaration they are much lower. Russia only - only reconstructed and successfully!
Bids for customs clearance is still quite high compared to Europe, but the simplification of customs clearance procedures at the expense of computer technology makes itself felt. President Vladimir Putin in July 2012 signed a decree on Russia's accession to the WTO (World Trade Organization). This event greatly affected the entire customs sector. Namely, greatly changed the customs duties on many, but almost all imported goods. The following are changes in customs duties, which will be produced in the next 10 years (in 2020 the average import tariff will drop to 7.8%):
1. The average import tariff on agricultural products will be reduced from 13.2% to 10.8%
2. Industrial products from 9.5% to 7.3%
3. The amounts of the fees remain unchanged for beef and poultry
4. Pork: inures single import duty of 25% on the 5. dairy products decrease from 19.8% to 14.9% 6. The duties for cereals will be established at the level of 10% from 2020.
Here are the main changes that are expected to be imported into Russia. Of course, this will lead to an increase in imported goods. The introduction of electronic declaration just needed to facilitate customs clearance.

Customs clearance of cargoes
International freight involve compulsory customs procedures and pay the appropriate fees in line with the customs code TN VED (commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity). Since LCL are composed of small consignments of various goods belonging to different recipients, the customs clearance of all origin entirely impossible. Each of the cargo may have a different HS code, respectively, for the clearance rates for them will be different. For these reasons, usually customs clearance services by shipping companies and customs brokers are reduced to filling in the necessary documents, the definition of HS code, promote the most rapid passage of customs procedures and other actions, simplifying the interaction with the customs authorities.
The main advantages that are typical of precast traffic - is economical and easy to transport in this format. Significant savings are achieved through the efficient use of cargo space. In this case, can be quite affordable even by air, which are generally characterized by high price. Usually transportation of cargoes is made in the format of "door to door", so the convenience of this type of transport is also undeniable.
